The testo 175 T2 temperature data logger has an internal NTC sensor and an additional port for an external temperature probe. This allows for two seperate measurements at the same time, which makes this data logger the ideal tool for whenever you are not solely going to record the indoor air temperature with the already implemented sensor, but at the same time want to carry out yet another temperature check via an additional probe connected to the external channel (e.g. a core temperature spot check).
This is practical when storing and processing food, amongst other things: measure the ambient conditions of your goods in storage areas and cold stores, while simultaneously checking the temperature level of the goods themselves – for example with an insertion probe, which is up for purchase seperately and not included with the device itself. Due to the slender appearance of both the device as well as the attachable probes themselves, temperature control in between the gaps of the packaging also becomes an viable option. The measurement results of both channels are securely stored in your temperature data logger.
